A Space To Study

The Eve Branson Foundation is committed to playing a key role in improving access to education.

Lycée Asni Secondary School welcomes over 1,000 boys and girls but it can only accommodate 500 students at any one time. Stretched resources have disproportionately affected the most vulnerable students.

To compensate for learning loss, EBF, in partnership with Kasbah Tamadot, fundraised to develop a study centre in Asni so that students will have access to a revision and learning space throughout the school week.  The project was set to open its doors in September 2023, just days before a devastating earthquake struck Morocco. Homes and public buildings were completely destroyed.

Thanks to a wave of generosity and support, we have been able to restore the study centre and we are now preparing to welcome students through its doors. Please donate so that we can help create a better future for young people in Morocco whose education has once again been disrupted. Thank you.
